Teen turns flasher after losing Net game
A teenager has been found guilty of flashing to girls outside his flat in Hong Kong twice.
The 19-year-old, surnamed Chen, was sentenced to complete 160 hours of social work for the offences committed on Oct 24 and Nov 21, last year.
Two female victims – aged 14 and 28 – lodged police reports against him.
Chen told the court that he was playing poker games with his net pals.
"That was the punishment for losing the games," he told the court, adding that he removed all his clothing, hid in a corner and waited for young female victims.
"Does that means if your net pals punished you by ordering you to rape a woman you will?" asked the judge, who also ordered Chen to come down to reality.
Chen apologised for the act and promised that he would not repeat it.
