Paramore may be one of the biggest bands at the moment, but the emo/pop-punk rockers are surprisingly down-to-earth.

“It’s not easy to get big stars like Paramore, but they’ve been cool and humble and they’ve made no demands so far,” said Tune Talk’s CEO Jason Lo.

Tune Talk is a local prepaid mobile service who will be bringing the band here next month.

“Kids have been asking for Paramore since 2007,” said Lo, adding that Tune Talk finally approached the band in July this year.

"We are tired of hearing about people bypassing Malaysia. By presenting ‘Paramore Live in Kuala Lumpur 2010’, we hope to deliver what Malaysian youth has been calling for - more concerts in Malaysia," Lo said.

Paramore is expected to rock a crowd of 10,000 in a highly-charged 90-minute performance on October 19 at the National Stadium.
