Meet The Wanted and spend a day with Kyle Patrick

Prepare for screaming teenagers, and perhaps some panty-throwing, when British-Irish boy band The Wanted play their first concert in Malaysia on Monday 17th September 2012 at Sunway Lagoon's Surf Beach in Bandar Sunway, PJ.

The Wanted's hit songs list include Chasing The Sun, All Time Low, Lose My Mind, Gold Forever, Lightning, and Glad You Came which was featured on TV's Glee. Glad You Came was nominated for Best British Single at the Brit Awards but lost to One Direction's What Makes You Beautiful.

The group consists of Max George, Nathan Sykes, Tom Parker, Jay McGuiness and Siva Kaneswaran, who were all picked through a mass audition.

Opening for The Wanted are Click Five lead singer Kyle Patrick and Malaysian DJs Goldfish and Blink.

Kyle went solo in the midst of his band's hiatus and released a self-titled EP with the tracks Follow Your Heartbeat, Go For Gold!, Wild Ways, Baby Don't Board That Plane, and a cover of Ain't No Sunshine. The EP had been in the works for five years since he was in college, said Kyle.

Kyle will be at a meet-and-greet/sound check party with 18 fans who've bought tickets to The Wanted's concert from the Rock Corner music shop. Visit their Facebook page for their various locations in KL and PJ.

To participate, fill up the entry form and stick it the lucky draw box before 4pm this Sunday 16th September. Those who have already bought tickets can also take part—just show up with your ticket on Sunday before 3pm at their outlet in The Curve, Mutiara Damanasara and fill up the entry form.

Kyle will also make an appearance at the outlet at 6pm. And if you buy a concert ticket and his EP, you can take part in another lucky draw where the prize is an exclusive day out with Kyle at Sunway Lagoon —just you and him.
