Actress Tania Hudson loves bombshell Saloma's style

Actress Tania Hudson loves the tasteful style and demure fashion sense of iconic 60s bombshell Saloma. More importantly, she adores what our most beloved movie star embodied for women back then and even now.
The 26-year-old starlet, of Malay and English parentage, was a celebrity model at the recent Buttonmybuttons 2012 Vintage Tea Party Spring Summer Raya fashion show and said she was impressed with the collection of retro cut dresses and skirts and the flattering silhouettes.
"Vintage styles are back and Saloma is a legend," said Tania. "This collection has that Saloma-era kind of cutting. It combines modern and traditional. It has a simple, elegant style which is hard to come by."
"I was very proud to be on the catwalk modelling the dresses. I've been wearing Buttonmybuttons clothes for two years," she said, and added that she also loved the pastel colours in the collection.
Tania, the younger sister of actress Natasha, can also be proud of her supporting role as a career-minded wife in the upcoming romantic comedy Ngorat, starring two of Malaysia's biggest cinema headliners, Aaron Aziz and Erra Fazira.
On a more personal side, she went through a life changing—not to mention life saving—experience when she had brain surgery three years ago. She was suffering from arteriovenous malformation (or AVM), an abnormal connection between veins and arteries in the brain, which required a major operation.
Other celebrity models at the Buttonmybuttons show included Akademi Fantasia finalist Marsha Londoh, rocker Amy Search's daughter Nabila Huda, actresses Memey and Yasmin Hani, who got the loudest cheers from her BFFs in the crowd, TV presenter Daphne Iking and R&B singer Atilia.
