The Israeli beauty "puts the 'promise' in the Promised Land," according to the editors of the men magazine.
While it does not come as a surprise to us, Refaeli, 26, expressed her surprise of landing the title, as she told the magazine that she was "shocked that among all these beautiful ladies, I'm number one."
Also in the top ten list are namely Olivia Munn, Mila Kunis, Katy Perry, Olivia Wilde, Jennifer Lawrence, Emma Stone, Megan Fox, Malin Akerman and Adrianna Palicki.
