BookXcess to hold "world's biggest book sale"
The Big Bad Wolf is back – in bigger and better form than ever!
Book lovers, get out your calendar now and mark the dates. Get ready for what’s described as the world’s biggest book sale, with more than 1.5 million books sourced from various points across the world available at discounts that range between 75% and 95%!
The fourth edition of the Big Bad Wolf book sale will be held at an exhibition park in Klang Valley from Oct 7 to Oct 16.
Prior to this, BookXcess, a one-stop remainder book retail outlet located in Amcorp Mall in Petaling Jaya, has held three massively successful book sales. Last year’s sale saw 80, 000 book lovers swarming to the venue and sent books flying off the shelves. BookXcess CEO Andrew Yap and his wife – also his business partner - Jacqueline Ng are looking at attracting 500, 000 visitors this year.
Expect to find your favourite titles among a wide selection ranging from the latest paperbacks, coffee table books, box sets, pop-up art books, and also backdated imported magazines.

OCBC Bank, being a partner for this year’s Big Bad Wolf book sale 2011, will offer a 5% discount to its credit cardholders throughout the sale. A string of promotional activities will also be held by the bank in support of the book sale.
