Andy Lau's daughter looks like mummy
Although Andy Lau has yet to confirm the birth of his daughter, friends and fans have already sent their wishes to them from all over the Internet.
Carina Lau, Ada Choi, Astrid Chan and Patrick Tam all wished the girl and Carol Choo well.
Deanie Ip confirmed the happy news to reporters, saying she has yet to visit the baby girl.
"Andy sent me a text message. I was so happy until I forgot to congratulate him, and just replied 'Too Good!'," she said.
Deanie said she planned to visit Andy and Carol three months later, and had prepared a gift for the couple – a book about baby yoga.
According to medical staff at the hospital, where Carol was said to have given birth, the baby weighed 2.7kg and looks like her mother - fair skinned and cute.
As Andy has yet to make any announcements, some news articles speculated that the baby was born on Tuesday or Wednesday.
A Hong Kong newspaper reported that Andy accompanied his Malaysian wife throughout the delivery.
"When a nurse handed over the baby to him, he kept looking at her face with tears in his eyes, it seemed he had waited for this moment for too long," the report stated.
Andy is expected to make the announcement at his official fan page – Andy World Club - soon.
