Cameron Diaz cries after getting haircut

She is an A-list celebrity who is seen with not a hair out of place on the red carpet, still, there're moments when Cameron Diaz acts like an everyman - and cries when she has a bad haircut.
For your information, the gorgeous actress has been getting her haircuts from a friend - in the friend's kitchen, might we add - and their latest collaboration went a little awry.
"There was a little misunderstanding," Diaz recalled on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno recently.
"I said, 'Oh I just want a little bit off' and it went from here to here," she said, using her hand to indicate two different hair lengths.
Diaz, 39, was not too happy upon seeing her new hairdo. "I just burst into tears and started crying, and I felt so vulnerable. For a woman to all of a sudden have no hair, oh my god."
She's not the only who felt that way, apparently. "I felt really bad, she felt really bad, she started crying, I started crying, a couple of other people started crying.
"I ended up writing her a few emails after, the next couple days, assuring her I wasn’t going to kill her," concluded Diaz.
