Giuliana and Bill Rancic expecting first baby

Congratulations are in order for Giuliana and Bill Rancic.
The couple are finally expecting their first child late August via a gestational surrogate.
"We are finally having a baby!" Giuliana said emotionally.
While they know the baby's gender, "we're not telling anyone yet."
"We are so thrilled that our prayers have been answered," the E! News anchor and Fashion Police cohost tells E! News.
Her husband of five years added: "We are absolutely ecstatic to be sharing this (news) with everyone who has been following our journey."
Their difficult road to parenthood have been documented on their reality TV show Giuliana & Bill. It showed Giuliani’s infertility struggles, failed in vitro fertilisation treatments, one miscarriage and a diagnosis of breast cancer.
She eventually opted to undergo a double mastectomy, and is currently cancer free.
The surrogate mother is "a dream come true," Giuliana raved, and although she lives in another state, the couple accompanies her on all doctor visits.
Bill, 40, explained that surrogacy was their “last effort” since their doctor advised them against getting pregnant for three to five years after Giuliana learnt she had breast cancer in September 2011.
Upon learning that they were having a baby, Giuliana said, “it was pretty much one of the best moments of my life. If not THE best moment.”
"We received an incredible amount of love and prayers from viewers around the world and we want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of them for their love," a happy Giuliana said.
