Sarimah Ibrahim goes Hollywood

Hollywood is beckoning for Sarimah Ibrahim - thanks to Ahmed Ahmed, the Arab-American comedian who starred in Iron Man and You Don't Mess with the Zohan.
The Malaysian TV personality bowled over the Hollywood star while hosting his Ahmed Ahmed Live in KL, a LOL Comedy Stars Series held in collaboration with Berjaya Times Square Hotel recently.
"He's fabulous. He even tweets about me," Sarimah gushes. "He has asked me if I would like to join him on his tour as his opening act. He says he's never met a funny Muslim woman like me - a half Irish, half Malay Malaysian entertainer."
No kidding. The Akademi Fantasia (AF) host has a hidden talent in stand-up comedy. "Do I look like a dangerous (Muslim) woman to you," she cracked up during her stint on Ahmed Ahmed Live. "I have no weapons of mass destruction. But I have weapons of mass production!"
By saying that, Sarimah meant her killer hot bod and reproductive system.
"A lot of Malaysian fans who know me from Malay shows for the past 14 years are pleasantly surprised that I could be equally funny in English," she adds. "My foreign fans from Australia and UAE who got to know me from The Biggest Loser Asia want me to do my own stand-up shows."
No date has been fixed for her guest spot on Ahmed Ahmed's world tour, which includes the US, but the gorgeously funny woman assures The Daily Chilli that discussion between both parties is progressing very well.
"He's back in the States. We're in talks now. Well, I will not say no to touring with Ahmed Ahmed."
